Following a request from it’s client, Microsoft Belgium & Luxembourg, McCann Lowe have developed a campaign to promote the New World of Work (NWOW) here in Belgium. NWOW signifies a more intelligent way of working, allowing companies to attract talent and, through this, to stay competitive in the long term. Under the NWOW scheme, employees enjoy the possibility to better plan their work time through accumulated autonomy and personal responsibility. The NWOW initiative in Belgium is the result of collaboration between 8 organizations from both the private and public sectors. This coalition aims to rapidly introduce NWOW in Belgium through sharing inspiration and experience.
